Originally from Kingston, New York, Talia attended Brown for undergrad and majored in Neuroscience. After college, she worked for a nonprofit, Zeno Mountain Farm, that runs a community for friends with and without disabilities before attending medical school at UMass. During med school, she continued her work with the disability population and found that Med-Peds was the best fit for her goals to support this community. Outside of medicine, Talia enjoys hiking, climbing, aerial silks, reading, and growing her collection of house plants!
