Nora is originally from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and later grew up in Florida. She studied Biomedical Sciences and Psychology at the University of South Florida, then attended medical school at Morehouse. She is devoted to serving others through medicine and looks forward to supporting the patient population in Rhode Island.

Nora enjoys hiking, visiting botanical gardens, reading, painting, Kdramas, writing, and seeking new teas and health tonics.
