Kenzie Daniels, MD
Undergraduate: Texas Tech University
Medical School: Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine
Kenzie was born and raised in Texas, where she completed her undergraduate degree and medical school at Texas Tech University. She completed her intern year in med-peds at The Ohio State University / Nationwide Children’s Hospital and then transferred to Brown at the beginning of her second year of residency.
Kenzie plans to ultimately practice in outpatient academic med-peds with an advanced care planning niche. She also has particular interests in sexual health, STI prevention, and HIV in the primary care setting. She became a certified HIV specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM) in November 2020.
In her spare time, Kenzie enjoys discovering the many beautiful beaches Rhode Island has to offer, bouncing around breweries, perfecting her golf game, and jumping on her Peloton at any time of the day. Her husky, Klondike, is anxiously awaiting their next adventure, but they’re both going to miss Providence, and more importantly all of the people, so much.
Post-residency plans: Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Tulane University
